What materials do you use for your posters?
All Poptart Posters are printed on 200gsm museum-quality archive paper with a matte finish to ensure durability and vibrant, long-lasting colors.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 10-21 business days depending on your location.
Do posters come with frames included?
To allow for personal customization and to ensure safe shipping, our posters are sold unframed. However, they are designed to fit standard frame sizes available at most retailers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your poster arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our support team for a full refund or replacement.
How are the posters packaged for shipping?
We take great care in our packaging. Posters are rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes to prevent any creasing or damage during transit.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Currently, we only offer the sizes listed on our product pages. However, we are always expanding our collection, so feel free to reach out with suggestions for future designs!
