Returns & Exchanges

At Poptart Posters, we want you to love your new wall art; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your prints within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Poster

  Carefully roll your poster and place it back into the original protective tube to ensure it remains crease-free during the shipping process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the tube, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned artwork, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
